In this article Bruner talks about various type of devices that could help in aiding learning. He states how these devices could be used to give real time feedback, but makes it clear that they won't be replacing teachers. In contrast, he states that I would allow for better teachers since much of the onerous tasks could be automated. He also asserts that these device wouldn't dehumanize learning any more then books have already.
The key element of this article is that technology could on be effective if the content in the medium and the method in which it is presented is successful. Using technology doest mean that learning will occur, nor that the student will be engaged.
